She light up the candles, one by one on her sill.
Calls to the quarters, to assist her in her will.
Dances in a circle, throws her hands up to the sky.
Then all at once, there is lightening in her eyes.

All around the fire , she will twist and twirl.
All alone with her ravens, she lets her body unfurl.
Nothing left to give, and she has nothing left to hide.
Then all at once, there will be lightening in her eyes.

You cant hang the moon,
you cant tame the sun.
You cant outrun a storm, once its begun.

He comes to undress, she bends to his will.
But, its the Goddess he's testing, and he knows she can kill.
Between the waning and the cresting, and as the tears fall from the sky.
Then all at once, he sees lightening in her eyes.
